Boston: March is Women's History Month

NAMI Massachusetts offers support groups for mental health and substance use recovery specifically for women. They also provide recommended readings on various topics related to mental health.

The US Department of Health and Human Services has dedicated a page to the general well-being of women as well as the effects of stress on pregnancy and overall health.
