King manages the Northeast Florida brokerage operation, which includes nine offices and a team of 500 real estate professionals. She oversees the company's residential and commercial real estate business, title, mortgage, property management, and insurance divisions, new builder business and the company's community philanthropy and charitable initiatives. A licensed Realtor since 2001, King joined the company in 2007 and quickly became a top producing Realtor specializing in luxury homes. Over the years, she has been promoted and held the roles of Managing Broker/Branch Manager, Vice President of Residential Real Estate and now President of the company.
