TAMPA, Fla. - Rezul -- Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Florida Properties Group is proud to announce that it's achieved the #20 ranking in the entire global BHHS network for 2022 for its residential and commercial sales. Closing over $1.87 billion in sales volume with just under 5,000 transactions the real estate firm has made waves in the market and continues to grow as they now have over 900 agents in their company. The company has recruited 310 new & experienced agents in 2022.

The firm's Commercial division also made waves in the market as The CRE Boss Ladies Team earned 5th place in the entire BHHS global network for commercial sales GCI for small teams. Another incredibly meaningful award the firm was given was ranking #17 out of all BHHS global affiliates in support of the Sunshine Kids Foundation. The Sunshine Kids is a nonprofit national foundation that creates activities and trips for children diagnosed with cancer. The real estate firm has been working with the foundation for over 25 years, raising funds, volunteering, and spending time with these amazing children. Giving back to the community and people who are less fortunate is one of BHHS Florida Properties Groups' main yearly initiatives.
