Quantum Capital Partners Secures $26M Construction Financing to Kickstart Major Mixed-Use Activation

ROSEMEAD, Calif. - Rezul -- ROSEMEAD, Calif. — Amid a constrained lending environment for ground-up construction, Quantum Capital Partners has successfully arranged a $26 million construction loan for Prospect Villa, a new mixed-use development set to revitalize a key stretch of the San Gabriel Valley. The financing was secured by Quantum Vice President Kevin Wong on behalf of the developer, The Connected Companies.

Located along the Garvey Avenue corridor, the project will deliver a seven-story multifamily complex featuring 75 residential units and 6,350 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

The closing highlights a significant appetite for well-structured deals in submarkets with high barriers to entry. While development along Rosemead's Garvey Avenue has been historically slow despite the city's Specific Plan, Prospect Villa represents a major step forward in activating the corridor.
