Angie Raymond Reveals How TheBizKit Is Helping Transform Network Marketing Leadership on "Moving America Forward"
Rezul News/10741829
Financial Coach and TheBizKit Founder Angie Raymond Shares Her Journey, Leadership Insights and a New Approach to Building Sustainable Teams on CNBC.
NEW YORK - Rezul -- On a new episode of "Moving America Forward," coming up on CNBC on August 8th, financial coach, entrepreneur and TheBizKit founder Angie Raymond discusses the changing landscape of network marketing, the challenges facing today's leaders and how technology can help create stronger, more sustainable businesses.
With more than 20 years of experience in network marketing and 25 years in high-tech, Angie has built her career around leadership, systems and helping others achieve greater success. During her conversation with host Dr. Kimberly Olson, Angie explained how her personal journey ultimately led her to create TheBizKit, a platform designed to provide leaders and teams with the systems and structure needed to grow.
Angie's path began in a small town where she says thinking big was not always encouraged. She followed the traditional corporate path, spending nearly 25 years climbing the corporate ladder before becoming a mother and reassessing what she wanted for her family and her future.
After discovering network marketing, Angie spent approximately 15 years building her business part-time before moving into the industry full-time. She says the flexibility and ability to generate additional income allowed her to create experiences and opportunities for her family that her traditional career did not provide.

Today, Angie believes network marketing can still provide an important opportunity for people looking to create additional income, but she says many individuals struggle because they enter the industry without the training, infrastructure and support commonly associated with traditional jobs.
"That's where we struggle," Angie explained, describing the difficulty leaders face when trying to duplicate their knowledge and success throughout large organizations.
Those experiences became the inspiration for TheBizKit, which Angie describes as a leadership operating system and directional compass for network marketing teams. The platform is built around three core functions: managing contacts and sales flow, tracking income-producing activities, and providing a launchpad to help new representatives understand what they need to do to get started.
Angie says the goal is not to replace leaders, but to give them the structure necessary to step away from constant day-to-day demands while still providing their teams with consistent support.
One of the biggest shifts she advocates is moving away from what she calls "hustle" and "hero" culture. Angie believes successful leadership should be built around clarity, systems and direction rather than requiring leaders to always be available.
She also shared examples of leaders who implemented TheBizKit and saw measurable changes within their organizations, including stronger onboarding, greater team support and accelerated advancement among team members.
For Angie, the bigger message extends beyond technology. She encourages leaders to build businesses that allow them to succeed professionally without sacrificing their families, health and personal lives.

"Leadership does not mean hustle," Angie said. "It means we need to create clarity and systems and direction to help people move without being dependent on the leader."
Angie also discussed the importance of developing multiple income streams in an increasingly changing business environment. She believes diversification can help individuals and families create greater flexibility while protecting themselves from unexpected changes in the marketplace.
The interview is scheduled to air as sponsored programming on CNBC on Saturday August 8, at 7:30 a.m. ET, bringing practical marketing education to a national audience. Below is a short clip from the interview.
