After Nine Years of Leadership in Property Management, Zweydoff Shifts Focus to Driving Measurable Growth Through ClearLead Digital

ORLANDO, Fla. - Rezul -- After nearly nine years of leadership and growth at Allegiant Management Group, Alex Zweydoff has officially stepped away from his role to focus on expanding ClearLead Digital, a property management–focused digital marketing and growth consulting firm. Alex launched ClearLead with partner Lacy Hendricks in June of 2025.

Zweydoff's transition marks the beginning of a new chapter centered on helping property management companies generate qualified owner leads, build authority, and scale through operator-led marketing strategy.

During his tenure at Allegiant Management Group, Zweydoff played a key role in business development, marketing strategy, industry advocacy, and portfolio growth. His leadership contributed to expanded visibility, strengthened market positioning, and deeper engagement within the Central Florida real estate and property management community.

"Allegiant has been a transformational chapter in my professional life," said Zweydoff. "I am deeply grateful for the mentorship, leadership exposure, and opportunity to help scale a company I believe in. That experience shaped how I view growth, operations, and industry leadership."

ClearLead Digital was founded with a specific mission: to provide transparent, operator-informed SEO and digital growth strategies tailored exclusively to property management companies. Unlike traditional marketing agencies, ClearLead Digital is built by industry operators who understand the metrics that matter, including doors added, owner acquisition cost, and long-term portfolio value.

"What started as a focused initiative has grown into a national opportunity," Zweydoff added. "Property managers deserve marketing partners who understand their business model, compliance challenges, and operational realities. ClearLead Digital was built to fill that gap."

Zweydoff emphasized that he is not leaving the real estate industry. He will continue serving as a licensed Realtor and remain actively involved with the National Association of Residential Property Managers and local REALTOR associations. He is also entering into a partnership with a respected property management firm, with additional details to be announced in the coming weeks.
