Adelaide-built ShiftRova launches simple, affordable rostering for small businesses
Rezul News/10749728
One plan, every feature, $11 per active user per month, with a $1 first month for new organisations
ADELAIDE, Australia - Rezul -- T3CHMAN Software Pty Ltd today announced the launch of ShiftRova (https://shiftrova.com), rostering and workforce software made in Australia for small businesses such as cafés, bakeries, retail shops, hospitality venues and NDIS support providers.
ShiftRova brings rosters, projected labour costs, attendance and timesheet approvals together in one workspace. Managers can see what a roster will cost before they publish it and hand clearer records to their payroll team.
For many small business owners, the weekly roster is put together across spreadsheets, group chats and paper timesheets. Wage costs often only become clear once the week is over. ShiftRova is designed to show the projected wage cost alongside the shifts, so owners can adjust coverage, hours and assignments while there is still time to change them.

Included in every subscription:
- Roster building with AI assignment suggestions based on staff availability, skills and configured scheduling rules
- Sick Swap, to help find cover when a team member can't make a shift
- Real-time projected labour costs and weekly wage budgets
- GPS clock-in and clock-out with configured location boundaries (geofences)
- Timesheet review and approval, with payroll exports for Xero (reference CSV) and MYOB (payroll import files)
- Leave and availability requests, team chat and announcements
- Team profiles, documents, SOPs, compliance and training records
- Support for multiple locations and role-based access
ShiftRova has one plan with no feature tiers. It costs $11 AUD per active user per month plus GST, with every feature included. New organisations can try it for 30 days for $1. There is no setup fee and no annual lock-in, and businesses can cancel at any time. Team members don't pay for their own access because the organisation covers their seats.

"I built ShiftRova because small business owners deserve to know what their week will cost before it starts, not after. Cafés, bakeries, shops and support providers shouldn't need enterprise software or enterprise pricing to run a fair, well-planned roster. One price and every feature included keeps it simple." - Josh Kessanis, Founder, ShiftRova
ShiftRova works in the browser on desktop and mobile now, and staff can add it to their phone's home screen. Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon.
Businesses can explore a live hospitality demo or start a $1 trial at https://shiftrova.com.
