ACTIQO 3.0 Connects Google and Apple Calendars to Help Families Manage the Work Behind Youth Sports
Rezul News/10746742
New calendar syncing helps families bring schedules from apps like GameChanger, PlayMetrics and TeamSnap into one place built around the parent experience
SAN FRANCISCO - Rezul -- ACTIQO, the family activity intelligence platform built to help parents manage everything surrounding their children's activities, today announced expanded Google and Apple calendar syncing as part of ACTIQO 3.0.
The new capability makes it easier for families to bring existing activity schedules into ACTIQO, including calendars originating from youth sports platforms such as GameChanger, PlayMetrics and TeamSnap.
The idea is simple: team apps manage the event. ACTIQO helps families manage everything it takes to actually get there.
Knowing that practice starts at 6:00 p.m. is only part of the job. Parents still need to know when to leave, who is driving, what equipment is needed, whether another child has an overlapping activity, what the activity is costing and whether the experience is still working for the family.

"Parents don't need another place to recreate the same schedule," said Alec Bantel, founder of ACTIQO. "They need the schedules they already have to become useful. ACTIQO helps turn those events into an actual plan for the family."
Once calendars are connected, ACTIQO helps families bring together information around upcoming activities, including:
The result is a family-focused layer around the calendars parents already use.
A single household may have one child's soccer schedule in PlayMetrics, another child's baseball schedule in GameChanger, another activity in TeamSnap and the rest of family life spread across personal calendars.
ACTIQO is designed to bring that fragmented experience together without replacing the tools leagues, coaches and clubs already rely on.

"Youth sports have plenty of tools for managing teams and schedules," Bantel said. "The gap is what happens on the family side. Getting three kids to three different places is a very different problem than simply knowing when the events start."
Calendar syncing is part of the broader ACTIQO 3.0 experience, focused on reducing manual work and helping parents understand what matters most at the right time.
ACTIQO combines schedules with preparation, responsibilities, costs, check-ins and longer-term insights to help families manage not just the activity itself, but the time, money and logistics surrounding it.
ACTIQO 3.0 calendar syncing is rolling out with support for Google and Apple calendar workflows.
