Her thorough understanding of financial regulations, market trends and client service has seamlessly transferred into property management. In this role, her key responsibilities include tenant relations, property maintenance oversight and lease agreement preparation, showcasing her attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Laura Shipman comes to Worthington with a background in the service industry, which has equipped her with exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills that are essential for property management. Her quick adaptation from the service sector to real estate highlights her commitment and quick learning capabilities. In her position, she oversees lease agreements, maintenance requests, property inspections, tenant showings, cleaning schedules and delivery of exceptional customer service to tenants and owners.
