Windsor Cancer Survivor Inspires with New Book, Cancer Heroes

WINDSOR, Ontario - Rezul -- WINDSOR, ON — Shirley Gaudon, a Windsor-based cancer survivor, Trauma-informed life coach, health and healing advocate and motivational speaker who is giving a voice to others who are battling their way through life. The launch her book, Cancer Heroes, is a story of hope, resilience, perseverance and never giving up no matter what. As mother to a young son, she had to battle through not only her diagnosis, but also a challenging marriage of whom her then-husband was publicly accused of fraud. She is a testament to the power of will and desire.

Fresh off a feature in the Windsor News that highlighted her powerful journey, Gaudon is now turning the spotlight on others.

"Every person touched by cancer has a story that deserves to be honored," Gaudon says. "Cancer Heroes is my way of celebrating the bravery and compassion I've witnessed—and felt—firsthand," she says.
