Great Falls, MT – June 4, 2025 – In a major milestone for housing in Great Falls, Meadowview Village, a 163-home attainable housing community developed by Montana-based Upslope Group, received unanimous approval from the City Commission on June 3, 2025. The project also passed unanimously at both the Neighborhood Council and the Planning Board, and not a single public comment was made in opposition at the City Commission meeting.
"This overwhelming show of support proves that Great Falls is ready for real solutions to its housing crisis," said Keith Miller, co-founder of Upslope Group and fifth-generation Montanan. "We're honored to have the trust of the city and the community to move this vision forward."

Located near Central Avenue and 46th Street South, Meadowview Village will offer 163 single-family homes at a variety of sizes and price points, allowing residents to own both their homes and the land beneath them—a crucial step toward building long-term equity and financial stability.
