Titan Pressure Washing Demonstrates the Difference Between a Pressure Wash and a Soft Wash on Tile Roofs

STUART, Fla. - Rezul -- Casey Wyatt, owner of Titan Pressure Washing in Martin County created a video demonstration explaining the difference between a pressure and a soft wash on a eight-year old 2,800 square foot roof that was so soiled it was almost black. The roof has not been cleaned in five years.

He began by showing how they clean the edges first and work from the bottom to the top. During this segment of demonstration he explained how after two hours from the edge and partially upward to the top of the roof was almost completely clean.

He explained the primary difference between the "power wash" and the "soft wash" is that a high-pressure power wash uses potentially lower concentrations of cleaning solution and can involve heat or steam to clean at the higher PSI.

The soft wash uses high concentrates of cleaning solution to clean at a lower PSI.
The difference that can hit the consumer in the pocket is that a high pressure wash can also damage or blast off loose tiles, while this is not a concern with soft washing.
