The Property Centre announced as best regional estate agent in the UK

The team came away with a staggering five trophies at this year's ESTAS awards.
QUEDGELEY, U.K. - Rezul -- he Property Centre, a sales and lettings agent with offices in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Worcester and Stroud has been awarded the title of best regional estate agent in the UK at this year's ESTAS Awards, which recognise excellence in estate agency across the UK, based on reviews received from real clients.
The regional and national winners of The ESTAS Awards were announced last Friday during the prestigious annual ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane. The awards were presented by the UK's favourite property expert, Phil Spencer, in front of over 1,000 of the country's top property professionals.
It was a bumper year for The Property Centre team who came away with a staggering five awards, including Gold for Best Regional Group in the UK.
The Property Centre's office in Cheltenham was announced as one of the top three offices in the country having won Bronze in the category Best UK Estate Agent Office 2023. The team in Cheltenham also won Gold for Best Estate Agency (Southern Region), which incorporates Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, and Buckinghamshire.

There was further cause for celebration when the company's two offices in Worcester won Gold and silver in the Best Estate Agent - West Midlands category, encompassing Herefordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands and Worcestershire.
Simon Trippett, company partner at The Property Centre said, "We are extremely proud that our teams across Gloucestershire and Worcestershire have been recognised at The ESTAS Awards.
"To win one award is a great achievement, but to come away with five including three Golds is a testament to the way our whole team go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service."
The ESTAS Awards, which marked its 20th anniversary this year, honours the best agents, conveyancers, and mortgage brokers in the UK. The top prizes are awarded based on the service ratings estate agents achieved via customer reviews submitted to the ESTAS platform. House buyers give reviews at the end of their moving experience and ESTAS monitors service ratings over 12 months giving a highly accurate overview of the standard of service that has been delivered to an agent's customers.

Hosted by Phil Spencer, the event acknowledged the industry's passion and dedication, making it a must-attend occasion for those in the industry.
During his introductory speech at the event, Phil Spencer said, "It's your passion for what you do that makes The ESTAS the most important day in the property calendar and with its success, the competition gets harder and harder."
ESTAS strict verification process ensures reviews are genuine and the shortlist for this year's awards was calculated following the evaluation of 300,000 customer review ratings.
