Known around the world as "The Indian Jane Fonda," Sarina has spent more than 25 years inspiring people of all ages and backgrounds through Masala Bhangra® — a joyful fusion of Bhangra, Bollywood, and fitness now practiced in over 30 countries. Her debut memoir traces her journey from a first-generation Indian American childhood in California, through the profound loss of her father at age 47, to building one of the most culturally resonant wellness movements in the world.
"This event is everything I dreamed a book launch could be," said Sarina Jain. "New York City is home, and being able to celebrate this moment with my community here — with music, movement, and a conversation that goes deep — is the most meaningful way I can think of to share this book."
