Rezul News/10738730
MADISON, Conn. - Rezul -- Safe Night LLC announces a formal partnership with the Connecticut Balance of State (CTBOS) and the Opening Doors Fairfield County (ODFC) Continuums of Care to enhance homelessness response strategies. This initiative introduces the Proactive Alliance relationship-based framework to align social services, community service providers, law enforcement, and municipal agencies with a problem-oriented approach that prioritizes prevention.
The Proactive Alliance framework will initially be implemented in the Stamford and Waterbury communities with the long-term goal of replicating the prevention-based model in other areas of the state. The project will be executed in two distinct phases:
"This initiative is about more than just coordination; it is about providing municipal agencies with a formal relationship-based framework for sustainability," said Molly C. Mastoras, Executive Vice President of Safe Night LLC.

"The CT Balance of State is excited to partner with Safe Night, the City of Waterbury, ODFC, and the City of Stamford to enhance our working relationships by aligning homeless service agencies, including outreach teams and law enforcement, to create a more trauma-informed, solution-oriented system that will better serve our most vulnerable citizens," said Alice M. Minervino, MA, Director, Housing and Homeless Services, State of Connecticut.
