PulteGroup and Altman Announce New Del Webb Community in Palm Coast, Florida
Rezul News/10713896
PALM COAST, Fla. - Rezul -- Del Webb, the nation's leading builder of active-adult communities for those 55 and older, alongside Altman, a leading real estate development company, are excited to announce the upcoming launch of Del Webb Flagler Beach in Palm Coast, FL. Del Webb closed on the first phase of homesites and plans to begin development of the initial 223 homes within the 55+ active adult community. At full build-out, Del Webb Flagler Beach will total approximately 650 homes.
"We're thrilled to bring the Del Webb lifestyle to Palm Coast," said Justin Cook, PulteGroup's Northeast Florida Division President "With decades of experience creating communities where active adults can truly thrive, we're excited to deliver a place surrounded by nature, resort-style amenities, and the best of coastal Florida living."
At full build out, Del Webb Flagler Beach will span 505 acres, with nearly half of the land dedicated to wetland preservation, enhancement, and restoration. The first phase of the community is expected to feature 223 homes, offering five models and up to ten floor plans ranging from approximately 1,300 to 2,800 square feet.

This gated community will offer a variety of indoor and outdoor recreational opportunities, with resort-style amenities including a spacious clubhouse, fitness center, pool, pickleball and bocce courts, and a community garden. Residents will also enjoy walking trails with direct access to the Lehigh Trail, a 6.7-mile walking and biking trail known for its lush tree canopy and natural beauty.
"We are excited to partner with Del Webb to bring its strong brand recognition, extensive experience and proven track record in active adult living to Palm Coast," said Seth Wise, CEO of Altman. "We look forward to working with them to establish Del Webb Flagler Beach as a premier active adult community in the growing area."
Located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach in the City of Palm Coast, Del Webb Flagler Beach will offer convenient access to I-95 and U.S. Route 1, placing residents near some of the region's most desirable destinations. The community is close to area beaches, top-rated golf courses, shopping, including the new Promenade at Town Center, slated for completion in early 2026, dining, entertainment, and high-quality healthcare, including two full-service AdventHealth hospitals.
Land development of Del Webb Flagler Beach is expected to start later this year.
