Premier Mobile Health Services to offer Mobile Medical Clinic stops in January

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Rezul -- Premier Mobile Health Services, a nonprofit health clinic that brings essential medical care to those in need across Southwest Florida, has announced its Mobile Medical Clinic schedule for the month of January.

Premier Mobile Health Services provides quality health care services to the medically vulnerable and those most at risk of developing and experiencing long-term illnesses and hospitalization.

Services include early-detection health screenings, blood pressure and diabetes checks, drug screenings, basic metabolic profiles, nutrition counseling, health education, school and sports physicals for children, as well as acute and chronic disease management.

The Mobile Medical Clinic welcomes walk-ins. The schedule for January is as follows:

East Naples United Methodist Church
o      Tuesday, Jan. 6
o      10 a.m.–2 p.m.

The Mobile Medical Clinic also operates several days each week at Mount Hermon Ministries at 2856 Douglas Ave., Fort Myers. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 239-222-1829.

Homeless Service Day

Patients without insurance, as well as those who provide proof of income below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines, are provided care at no cost. Other patients pay on a sliding scale based on income.
