Portland-Based Nonprofit Hosts 6th Annual Summit Focused on Evidence-Based Workplace Wellbeing

PORTLAND, Ore. - Rezul -- "When it comes to wellbeing at work, all you need to do… is everything." - Chase Sterling.

That reality sits at the center of the work of Wellbeing Think Tank (WTT), a Portland-based nonprofit focused on helping employers move towards evidence-based approaches that support whole-person wellbeing at work.

On February 19, Wellbeing Think Tank will host its 6th Annual Summit in Portland, bringing together experts, researchers, HR leaders, managers, and people leading change inside organizations. Designed as an interactive, conversation-driven event, the Summit emphasizes facilitated dialogue, peer learning, and practical application rather than traditional sit-and-listen presentations.

Known for its Experts over Influencers® approach, Wellbeing Think Tank centers research and real-world implementation. Over the past six years, more than 5,000 people have participated in its events, which explore the individual and organizational factors that shape workplace wellbeing.

This year's Summit keynote is Paul J. Zak, PhD, a neuroscientist whose research focuses on trust, fulfillment, and performance at work. The program also features local business leaders sharing employer perspectives and lessons learned from the field.

"Employers are struggling with exorbitant healthcare costs and trying to balance organizational performance with the needs of individuals," said Chase Sterling, Founder of Wellbeing Think Tank. "Individuals want to work and contribute, but not at the expense of their overall health and wellbeing. It is a complex problem, but one we know how to solve."

The Summit will be held in person in Portland, with a live virtual option available to expand access and participation.
