Northern Virginia Real Estate Agent Featured in Expert Interview
Rezul News/10616102
Interview with Northern Virginia real estate agent reveals her secrets to success and highlights five unique services plus one key piece of advice for clients.
MCLEAN, Va. - Rezul -- Local real estate agent Kathy Pippin recently had the opportunity to do an expert interview, and she shared her secrets to a successful business with many happy clients.
January has been a busy month for Kathy Pippin, a realtor in Northern Virginia. In addition to showing homes, meeting with clients, and running her business, she was interviewed on camera as a real estate expert. In her video interview, which can be found here, she opened up on a variety of topics and revealed five unique services she offers that give her business, and her clients, an edge.
Kathy was asked to share insights on a personal level as well as professionally. She covered the basics, discussing what inspired her to choose real estate as her line of business, the geographic areas that she covers, and the online platforms she utilizes in her work. But she also went further, explaining how she leverages skillsets she developed in her previous career in engineering sales to give her a sharp advantage in the real estate world. She even shared five services she offers that set her apart from other realtors – from targeted marketing (which most realtors don't know how to do), and her "Perfect Home Finder" program, to free staging services, in-depth research on new construction options, and free educational seminars for anyone wanting to learn about the process of buying or selling. She also made a point to highlight charities she holds close to her heart and events she organizes to give back to her community.

When asked about the most valuable lesson she has learned in all her years as a real estate agent, Kathy confidently responded, "it is so important to meet the client where they are. So that means focusing on them, focusing on understanding their goals and challenges and plans so that I am working for them and getting them to their goals. And I think that's really, really the most important, just meeting the client where they are."
Kathy went on to give a key piece of advice for any client, no matter who their realtor is, stating, "if a client is not heard nor understood… basically, if the agent is not taking the time to do that… then that's not the agent for you."
Local residents looking for a realtor who will get to know them, and who can offer personalized and unique services to achieve their goals, are welcome to contact Kathy Pippin for a free consultation.
