NNN REIT, Inc. Appoints Joshua P. Lewis Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer

ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 1, 2025 ~ NNN REIT, Inc. (NYSE: NNN) has announced the appointment of Joshua P. Lewis as their new Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer. In this role, Mr. Lewis will be responsible for overseeing the Company's real estate investments, including structuring, negotiation, and deal execution.

Having joined NNN in 2008, Mr. Lewis has held various positions within the Acquisitions team and most recently served as Senior Vice President and Head of Acquisitions since August 2022. With over 13 years of experience in the real estate capital markets and investment banking divisions at BofA Securities and its predecessor firms, Mr. Lewis brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role.

Mr. Lewis is a cum laude graduate from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a double major in finance and marketing. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
