LyvWell at Harmony Becomes First Build‑to‑Rent Community to Earn Fitwel® 1 Star Design Certification

ARLINGTON, Texas - Rezul -- LyvWell at Harmony in Arlington has earned Fitwel® 1 Star Design Certification for features that support healthier living, becoming the first Build-to-Rent (BTR) community certified under Fitwel's latest standards for low-rise residential communities with shared interior spaces.

The new development incorporates wellness‑focused features throughout the community, including blackout shades, smart temperature controls, filtered water access, low‑VOC materials, landscaped green spaces, walking paths, and mindfulness areas. These features support residents' physical, mental and social well-being while reflecting LyvWell's mission to enrich the daily lives of its residents.
