Local Army Veteran Offers Innovative Solution to Anxiety and Fear

RADCLIFF, Ky. - Rezul -- Certified hypnotist and Army veteran Jason Smith is set to launch a series of groundbreaking self-hypnosis workshops this summer, aimed at helping individuals alleviate anxiety, enhance focus, and overcome fear.

The first workshop, titled "Master Your Mind," will be held online on July 19, 2024 at 9:00 a.m., with a second workshop planned for August.

Drawing from training at the prestigious Mike Mandel Hypnosis Academy, Smith brings a unique blend of hypnosis, breath work, and tapping techniques to address common mental health challenges.

"These workshops are designed for anyone who has tried everything from prayer to meditation to therapy, but still struggles with anxiety, lack of focus, or fear," Smith said.

Participants will learn practical skills including:

• Self-induced hypnotic trance techniques
• Mike Mandel's Six Step Tapping for depotentiating negative emotions
• Emile Coué's autosuggestion technique
• Breathing exercises to activate the vagus nerve and parasympathetic nervous system
• Reframing techniques to build confidence

Smith's approach has already shown promising results. In one instance, a local entrepreneur overcame severe food allergies resulting from a tickborne illness after just one hypnosis session.
