Now, in 2026, the stars have aligned again. Pantone named Mocha Mousse the color of the year. Le Vian crowned Chocolate Ombré® its color of the year. And in a powerful affirmation of Le Vian's leadership, De Beers has revived its legendary Beacon Campaigns — spotlighting natural color diamonds from desert mines, including 22 Le Vian creations featuring Chocolate Diamonds®, Chocolate Ombré®, and Desert Ombré™ jewels.

Le Vian's history dates back to 1500s Persia, when the family safeguarded royal jewels including the Koh-i-Noor diamond, now part of the British Crown Jewels.
