JAG Universe Launches JAG Yoga — Seven-Pillar Embodiment System by Jeffrey Alan Gruhlke

MINNEAPOLIS - Rezul -- On Beltane, the cross-quarter fire festival marking the awakening of the body, JAG Universe today launched JAG: Yoga, a seven-pillar embodiment practice. Beltane sits at the midpoint between the spring equinox and the summer solstice — the ancient turning point when the body emerges, the land warms, and fire ceremonies mark the return of vitality. The choice of the date is intentional.

JAG: Yoga is the bodywork modality of the JAG Universe — the planetary consciousness ecosystem founded by Jeffrey Alan Gruhlke. Every session moves the practitioner through seven pillars — Movement, Breath, Thermal, Earth, Water, Sound, and Light — each mapped to a Solfeggio frequency.

Gruhlke served as a U.S. Air Force C-5 Galaxy Crew Chief for four years and seven months active duty plus one year in the Air Force Reserves. He competed at the Winter X Games twice, earned multiple state motocross championships, and is an ordained minister of the Universal Life Church. He has walked sacred ground at Machu Picchu, the Island of the Sun, Tintagel, Glastonbury Tor, the Holy Land, Egypt, and Crete between 2017 and 2019.

THE PHOENIX FOUNDATION

JAG: Yoga is grounded in lived recovery. Gruhlke has cycled through repeated weight transformations across multiple Phoenix cycles since 2012. The methodology is autobiographical — every protocol exists because something the founder lived through demonstrated it worked.

THE ARCHITECTURE

JAG: Yoga integrates seven embodiment pillars into a coherent methodology, encodes every breath count and movement sequence with the sacred numbers seven and thirteen, and measures coherence in real time. The signature breath architecture — seven breaths to ground, thirteen to ascend — produces ninety-one activation events per session, mirroring The JAG Program's seven modules and thirteen harmonics.
