Jon Jarema will Serve as Vice President of the Monroe Township Disaster Remediation Company
MONROE TOWNSHIP, N.J. - Rezul -- Insurance Restoration Specialists, Inc. (IRS) is pleased to announce that Jonathan Jarema has been named Vice President of the Company.
IRS is a leading provider of commercial, industrial, and residential remediation and restoration services throughout New Jersey and the Philadelphia and New York Metro areas. The Company provides water, storm and fire damage restoration services and is also certified to provide bio-hazard cleanup and decontamination, infection control services, environmental HAZMAT remediation, HVAC cleaning, and damage reconstruction services.

Jarema began his thirteen-year tenure with IRS performing water loss remediation and disaster recovery services for its commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential clients. With an in-depth first-hand understanding of the Company's field operations and client needs, Jarema transitioned to the Client Relations team to focus on customer service, marketing, and business development. He acted as a liaison between client management, property managers, adjusters, and IRS response teams to facilitate efficient and effective loss management.
"Jon has been able to leverage his experience and skills dealing with field operations and customer service to provide outstanding project management and communication for our clients," says Tom Peter, IRS' CEO. "The nature of our business – emergency response – demands a level of attention and action that Jon is able to bring to the table."
Jarema is an active member of the NJ Schools Building and Grounds Association and represents IRS as an associate business member of the NJ Association of School Business Officials.

As Vice President, Jarema will continue these efforts on a broader level, focusing on emergency contingency planning, IRS' 24-hour emergency response services, and environmental programs.
