HOUSTON - Rezul -- W-Industries has announced the lease of a new 241,712-square-foot facility within the Champions Park Business Center in Houston Texas, to accommodate the continued growth of its electrical manufacturing operations. Jason Dillee, Joseph Smith, and Gregory Holmes of CBRE represented the landlord, while Wes Williams of Colliers represented W-Industries in the transaction.

The new Champions Park location expands W-Industries' footprint in the Houston area, building on the success of the company's Hockley Facility, opened in 2024. This new, fully climate-controlled space will serve as a dedicated location to produce low-voltage switchgear products, enabling W-Industries to keep pace with current high-volume orders and to meet future demand and growth. The site will provide additional manufacturing capacity, improved logistics, and room for increased production capacity to support the company's electrical manufacturing operations.
