EPSOM, U.K. - Rezul -- Marcello Pasqualucci spent 15 years diagnosing conversion problems for enterprises including HSBC, Sky, and Pizza Hut. In 2025, while recovering from cancer, he built the tool he wished had existed for the founders he kept meeting who could not afford his consultancy rates.
Unbias Labs is an AI-powered diagnostic engine that scans live websites against a database of 50+ cognitive biases and returns a severity-scored friction report. This week, the platform launched a free tier — a lightweight 60-second scan that surfaces the top three cognitive friction points on any page.
"I built this during treatment because I had nothing but time and a very clear sense of what mattered," said Pasqualucci. "The science works. I have seen it work across financial services, media, and food delivery at enterprise scale. The question was always: how do you give a bootstrapped founder the same diagnostic lens without charging them £20,000?"
