Evolve Launches AWS-Funded Application Modernization Assessment (AMA)

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Rezul -- Evolve Cloud Services, an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner with deep expertise in Microsoft workload optimization and modernization, today announced the availability of its Application Modernization Assessment (AMA) offering—an AWS-funded, no-cost assessment designed to quickly identify the best candidates for modernization within their existing AWS environments.

Organizations balancing cost optimization with the need to innovate faster face a common challenge: where to start. Evolve's AMA addresses this by delivering a fast, low-touch assessment of up to ten applications, providing clear, data-driven guidance on which workloads offer the greatest return from modernization.

Unlike traditional, time-intensive assessments, AMA is designed for speed and actionable results to enable informed decisions faster. Leveraging AWS-approved ISV tooling alongside Evolve's proprietary analysis capabilities, the AMA assessment evaluates source code, databases, infrastructure, and licensing to produce a prioritized shortlist of modernization candidates in a matter of weeks that takes into account potential ROI, business criticality, and technical feasibility.

Applications identified as high-value candidates through AMA can then progress to Evolve's Modernization Viability Assessment (MVA)—a deep-dive engagement that delivers a detailed target architecture, execution plan, and funding-aligned roadmap for modernization.
