Dr. Marilyn Pendelton Releases The Grief Reset to Address Grief Beyond Death
Rezul News/10749623
New book combines faith and Social Emotional Learning to help churches, families, educators, and caregivers address silent grief, church hurt, and emotional wellness.
PHILADELPHIA - Rezul -- Dr. Marilyn Pendelton, educator, nurse, grief recovery specialist, and founder of Your Voice Heard, LLC, announces the release of The Grief Reset: Social Emotional Learning for the Church, now available in paperback and Kindle editions on Amazon.
The book explores a reality often overlooked in conversations about grief: loss is not limited to death. Grief can follow broken relationships, church hurt, lost dreams, life transitions, and the exhaustion of caring for others while neglecting one's own emotional needs.
Blending faith-rooted reflection with Social Emotional Learning (SEL), The Grief Reset helps readers recognize unspoken pain and develop healthier responses to loss. Although written with women in mind, its message extends to men, caregivers, ministry leaders, educators, and community organizations.
Drawing on her experience in nursing, education, grief recovery, and faith communities, Dr. Pendelton invites readers to examine the emotional cost of unresolved grief and the importance of speaking openly about it.
