First certified in March 2023, Brand Ink has since demonstrated double-digit gains across all key environmental metrics tracked through the SGP Impact Tracker—underscoring its role as an industry leader in eco-responsible printing.

Over the past two years, Brand Ink's Sayville facility has developed and executed multiple continuous-improvement projects to enhance resource efficiency and reduce its environmental footprint. Highlights include:
  • Implementation of a water-recapture system and wash-station upgrades, driving double-digit reductions in water consumption
  • Conversion to low-VOC ink formulations and enhanced ventilation, resulting in significant drops in VOC emissions
  • Installation of LED lighting with motion-sensor controls, cutting energy use by more than 20%
  • Expansion of waste-diversion programs, achieving notable decreases in solid waste sent to landfill
