FALMOUTH, Mass. - Rezul -- Local author and Coast Guard veteran P.J. Lyons announces the release of his memoir, Hold Fast: A man's journey through grief, fatherhood, and the quiet war of PTSD. Speaking to maritime and military communities across New England and beyond, Lyons explores the "quiet war" that began after the sudden death of his brother and continued through his years of service, marriage, and raising four children on the Cape.
