Tripadvisor's Best of the Best distinction represents the highest level of excellence awarded by the world's largest travel guidance platform and is reserved for the top 1% of hospitality businesses worldwide based on guest reviews and ratings.

Based on guest reviews submitted during 2025, this recognition reflects the experiences created by the Beach View team and the hotel's commitment to Seaboard Hospitality's core values of caring service, thoughtful spaces, and valued amenities. Special recognition is extended to Melissa Murray, then General Manager, Cassandra Gibbs, Assistant General Manager, and the Beach View staff whose efforts helped earn this distinction.
