Aeret Restoration's rapid response gets Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach reopened

Rezul News/10684255
BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. - Rezul -- After back-to-back hurricanes caused unprecedented damage to the property at Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach, Aeret Restoration mobilized its expert team to quickly restore the resort and allow it to re-open to guests.

Both hurricanes caused severe flooding, structural damage and debris accumulation across the resort grounds. In collaboration with the resort's management and construction contractor, Aeret led a comprehensive response, utilizing advanced techniques in water mitigation, structural repairs and debris removal.

Aeret was able to have Margaritaville up and running within three days of Hurricane Helene making landfall. Crews worked tirelessly to restore use of the 15,000-square-foot Fins Up! Beach Club, six food and beverage concepts, lobby, retail shop, parking garage and loading dock.

Less than two weeks later, Aeret was hard at work again as the more powerful Hurricane Milton hit Southwest Florida and caused damage to Margaritaville and the surrounding area. Aeret's technicians were immediately deployed to the hotel, working to bring it back to pristine condition. The resort was able to reopen in just four days following the storm.
