NXTSTOR Hopes to Bring Relief To Community By Offering An Alternative To Offset Financial Hardships

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Rezul -- NXTSTOR, a peer-to-peer marketplace used to rent out extra space in your spare bedroom, basement or garage, gears up to launch amidst COVID-19. The Columbus startup believes they'll be able to make a difference and become an additional source of income during these trying times.

With unemployment at an all-time high people will be looking for non-traditional ways to earn money. NXTSTOR is an opportunity to convert extra space into dollars all without having to host strangers.

Hosts can expect to charge $0.75-$1.25 per square foot per month. That means that hosts with a typical basement could charge $200+ per month.

The app lets users looking for storage search for spaces based on location, narrowed down by features such as climate control, accessibility and the ability to lock. During the checkout process, users on both sides of the transaction will agree to terms. The app is an alternative to traditional storage and makes perfect sense for subletters, people in-between-homes, world travelers, foreign exchanges students, and travel nurses.
