Streett Property Consultants and Douglas Morris named Garden City Realty's agents of the month

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - Rezul -- Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty, is pleased to announce that Streett Property Consultants are the Top Listing Agents and Douglas Morris is the Top Selling Agent of May.

With nearly 13 million in sales year-to-date, the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS ranks Streett Property Consultants within the top two percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market.

Bobby Streett has been a Broker Associate with GCR since 2004 and has been selling real estate since 1975. He is a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI) and holds the Recreation and Resort Specialist (RRS) designation. He is also working towards the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations.

He is a past recipient of the REALTOR of the Year Award. Likewise, he was a Best Real Estate Agent finalist in the 2015, 2016, and 2021 Best of the Beach contest presented by The Sun News. This year, he was a finalist for Best Realtor in the WMBF Best of the Grand Strand 2022 contest.

Drew Streett has been with GCR since 2001 and has held many state and local REALTOR® association leadership positions. He served as the 2019 President of the South Carolina REALTORS® and is the 2020 SCR REALTOR® of the Year.

Some of his roles at CCAR include 2009 president, 2010 REALTOR® of the Year, and past chairman of the Legislative Committee. Likewise, some of his REALTOR® service at SCR consists of the 2011-2012 regional vice president, parliamentarian of the Executive Committee, and past graduate of SCR's LeadershipSCR program. He also holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. Drew is also a past recipient of the REALTOR® Image Award and the Guy Kates Rotarian of the Year award.

With more than 11 million sales year-to-date, CCAR ranks Morris within the top two percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market. As recognition for his outstanding 2021 MLS ranking, Morris was named a GCR Gold Club Level REALTOR. He was also named GCR's Top Dual Transactions Agent of the Year.
