Rezul News/10412450
PALM COAST, Fla. - March 19, 2019 - Rezul -- Ken Belshe, senior sales director for SunBelt Land Management, is pleased to announce the company has launched a new website for its Marina del Palma Yacht Club development in Palm Coast.

Located in Palm Coast, Marina del Palma Yacht Club is being developed on Colbert Lane, approximately a mile and a half north of Highway 100. Upon completion, the 113-acre community will feature 154 single-family home sites plus amenities. Plans include a gated entryway, a 3,700-ft. dockside clubhouse with a resort-style pool, valet boat service at a secure boat storage building with 154 slips allowing for boats up to 30 feet in length, as well as a traditional marina containing 83 wet slips.

The website, https://www.marinadelpalma.com, highlights the community's location, builder program, magazine and describes how the vision for the development evolved.

"In a time of transparency and visibility, we thought it was appropriate to build a website based on all the community highlights to give our buyers a full picture of what we have to offer," said Belshe. "Additionally, we wanted to give the local builders in our Builders Program an opportunity to showcase their Marina del Palma products online as well."
