Trellis House, developed by Gateway Investment Partners and RISE: A Real Estate Co., is a newly constructed 319-unit, six-story apartment building that has 11,000 square foot of ground floor retail.

WASHINGTON - Jan. 8, 2019 - Rezul -- Oscar Joyner and Charles Frazier, founding principals of Gateway Investment Partners, celebrated the opening of Trellis House along with RISE Real Estate and CIM Group, the owner and operator of Trellis House.

D.C. Council Member Brianne Nadeau and Howard University's Assistant Vice President and Senior Real Estate Advisor Anthony Freeman also participated in the grand opening program. Other members of the business and civic community also attended.

Trellis House is a newly constructed 319-unit, six-story apartment building that has 11,000 square foot of ground floor retail. Developed by Gateway Investment Partners and RISE: A Real Estate Co., Trellis House is designed around the themes of sustainability, wellness and community. Trellis House is Washington D.C.'s first LEED for Homes Multifamily Mid-rise v2010 project to receive Platinum level certification, further supporting Washington D.C. being named the world's first Platinum City by the U.S. Green Building Council.
