In early April, Student Housing Business Magazine sponsored the 9th Annual Interface Conference Innovator Awards in Austin, Texas. Core Spaces was honored with four awards including: Best New Development, 400 Beds or Fewer and Best New Development 400 Beds or More.

Hub Ann Arbor:
Best New Development, 400 Beds or Fewer - In partnership with American Campus Communities and located between downtown Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan, Hub Ann Arbor was built in 2018. The 105,171 residential sq. ft. building has 124 units, and 310 beds.

Best Package & Offering of Amenities - Located in close proximity to The University of Alabama, Hub Tuscaloosa was built in 2018. The 143,359 residential sq. ft. building has 187 units and 481 beds.
