CEDC Announces New Director of Real Estate Development

The Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) announces new Director of Real Estate Development.

OXNARD, Calif. - Rezul -- The Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) is excited to announce Gustavo Almarosa as their new Director of Real Estate Development.

The Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) is Ventura County's largest developer of affordable housing with an additional project in Santa Barbara County, and is best known for providing comprehensive, well-designed affordable housing services with community economic development activities.

"We are thrilled to welcome Gustavo to our team," said CEDC's Chief Executive Officer Margarita De Escontrias. "We are looking forward to see all the great things CEDC will accomplish with him on board."

Almarosa will be leading the CEDC's Real Estate Development Department  (REDD), whose primary function is to complete the acquisition, finance, and pre-construction stages of affordable housing development. His last position as a Senior Project Manager at AMCAL Multi-Housing Inc, allows him to bring a vast experience in all aspects of development and outreach.
