Aprile Osborne of Call It Closed International Realty named one of country's top 1,000 agents

Co-founder of international cloud-based brokerage with SWFL origins earns top producer nod from RealTrends Verified
FORT MYERS, Fla. - Rezul -- Call It Closed International Realty co-founder and Chief Vision Officer Aprile Osborne has been named one of the country's top real estate agents by an independent real estate research firm. The designation follows a similar ranking of Call It Closed as one of the country's top independent brokerages.
Agents and teams recognized on the 2024 RealTrends Verified + Tom Ferry The Thousand rankings represent the top echelon of the estimated 1.5 million Realtors in the country. In the category of small teams, Aprile Osborne's three-person squad ranked just outside the top 150 in Florida, generating nearly $50 million in sales for 2023 alone.
The rankings are featured in The Wall Street Journal and were announced on Friday, May 31. In March, RealTrends Verified named Call It Closed to its list of the Nation's Best brokerages, ranking the company No. 135 nationwide among independent brokerages. The 30-year-old company tracks and analyzes real estate brokerages, teams and agent performance data, spotlighting the top tier of real estate professionals.

City rankings, including for Naples, will be released this fall.
"Industry recognition of both Aprile and Call It Closed as among the nation's best real estate pros are honors we truly cherish," said president and CEO Chad Osborne, who co-founded the company five years ago with his wife. "While such accolades are deeply appreciated, it's really a testament to the trust our buyers and sellers place in us when seeking their own slices of paradise."
The rankings only account for single-family, residential real estate transactions. The research firm noted that both Aprile Osborne and Call It Closed's performance came amid a strong year by independent brokerages, whose market share grew to 27 percent from 2022 to 2023, a 4 percent increase gained at the expense of larger brands.
The couple founded the brokerage in 2019 as an alternative to an outdated business model that put a disproportionate share of control (and commissions) in the hands of large brokerages by instead empowering individual agents. It's the first and only cloud-based, 100% commission brokerage with a multi-tiered revenue sharing platform.

Call It Closed, which has hundreds of agents operating in 18 states and overseas, reported more than 1,200 residential sides and nearly $500 million in residential sales volume in 2023.
Rather than pay hefty franchise fees, or split commissions like some large firms that leave agents with just 70 cents on the dollar, Call It Closed's entrepreneurial model gives agents a greater opportunity at success. When agents have more control of their cash flow, more resources are available to market their property, benefiting buyers and sellers alike.
