AnamBliss and VFitBoston Announce a Pre-Holiday Pause Retreat in Keene, NH November 9-11, 2018

BOSTON - Aug. 7, 2018 - Rezul -- We all know the holidays can be overwhelming with family, friends, and work events. Taking a few days to strategize can help shift the mindset to put us in control and come through with less stress and weight gain.

To help achieve this, Kate Hamm of AnamBliss (based in Boston, MA) and Vanessa Lewis of VFitBoston are offering a Pre-Holiday Pause Retreat, November 9 through 11 in Keene, NH. The weekend is designed to start the holiday season off right. Included are two nights at a private house, plant-forward meals, yoga classes, a day hike, and discussions on planning for a joyous season. Costs range from $390-$575 with shared and private rooms.
